Tasting Notes 酒評	There's no 2012, so I tasted the 2013 I'Aire Brut Nature, a blend of 45% Macabeo, 30% Xarello, 20% Parellada and 5% Chardonnay that matured in bottle after the second fermentation for some 40 months. It's clean, fresh and quite subtle, with shy notes of fennel, something lemony and a very faint effect from the lees. The palate feels sharp, with good acidity and a tasty finish.
